CelticHeart Creations does custom graphic design and website design for
any type of website except pornographic. The standard fees are stated below.
Additional fees will be charged for special effects such as java, flash, mouseovers, etc.
If you are looking for high quality custom sets please email
us with your specifications. Our fees are reasonable and competitive. Just
write and ask for a quote. Our basic prices are listed below.

Custom graphic design fees start at $150.00 for personal sites and $250.00 for
business/ professional sites. This price includes any type of background you want
(i.e., triple, border, nested tables, etc.) with accompanying buttons
and header.
Custom web design fees start at $250.00 for personal websites and $350.00
for professional/business websites. These price includes one
background and up to three (3) pages of design and will be built to your
specifications. Price depends on intricacy of design specified. We do not
use templates. Our work is completely authentic and customized to your
needs.
